I ordered a book your website said was available, but I received an email telling me my order could not be filled. Why did this happen?

I ordered a book your website said was available, but I received an email telling me my order could not be filled. Why did this happen?
Although we do our best to keep our inventory accurate by updating our database daily, we sell through books very quickly, and this sometimes results in an order being placed before the 'sold out' books have been deleted from our site.




How do I cancel all or part of an order?

If you want to cancel/change an order, you may do so by sending us email to threemc@threemc.co.kr Please include your name, date of your order.

Please note that once an order has been shipped, it can no longer be cancelled.




Do you have a printed catalog?

Since we sell through our books so quickly, we do not offer a printed catalog.
We will send your E-mail the information on catalog and new books




What forms of payment do you accept? Do you accept orders by phone or e-mail?

We are only able to accept orders via our Web site or e-mail, fax, using checks, or money orders
